Your Role
As a Sales Representative at Brandis Hire, you’ll be at the forefront of business development, converting leads into loyal customers, and nurturing existing relationships to drive continued growth. You’ll own the entire sales cycle, from first contact to close, and everything in between. We’re not just looking for a numbers person—we want someone who takes pride in building strong connections, solving problems, and finding ways to make our customers’ lives easier.

Sometimes, you’ll need to roll up your sleeves and dive into the operational side, coordinating freight deliveries or working with our stock team to make sure everything runs smoothly. Every sale matters, and attention to detail is key.

What You Bring
You’re a high-performing account manager with a track record to prove it. You’re not afraid to hustle, build relationships, and go the extra mile to deliver results. You know how to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment and can pivot when challenges arise. You enjoy the satisfaction that comes from closing a deal but also understand the importance of creating a great experience for your customers throughout the journey.

2-3 years experience in a successful sales role in Account or Business Development Management.

Rental/Hire Industry experience is highly regarded.

Strong communication skills to engage customers and build trust.

Problem-solving mentality and ability to think on your feet.

Understanding of CRM systems.

Ability to manage time and work autonomously and ability to receive feedback.

Ability to sell over the phone, email and face to face (time to time).

Manage a portfolio of clientele.

High level literacy for data entry, communication over the phone and email.

Ability to work cohesively in a team and work towards an individual and common goal.

Ability to contribute to the branch culture positively whilst achieving individual targets.

Valid Australian driver’s license and the right to work in Australia.
