Role Status: Full-time term vacancy until 10 October 2025
Remuneration: ASO4 ($76,561 - $80,256 per annum) + 11.5% Superannuation
We are currently seeking a Senior Administration Officer to join us on a full-time term basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Providing comprehensive support relating to the Human Force system to deliver rostering and pay services to Residential Care, including responding to payroll and leave enquiries for staff.
Collaborating with the Supervisor, Central Rostering Team to ensure effective delivery of rostering and administrative human resource functions within Residential Care.
Coordinating with a broad range of stakeholders including Residential Care Managers, Residential Care Business Support, Human Resources, Finance, JCT, Shared Services and the HF Vendor.
Providing HR advice to staff as required whilst developing strong working relationships with corporate Human Resources on policy and procedural matters.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Expertise in developing strong working relationships, providing advice and communicating effectively with management, staff and a diverse range of individuals.
Experience in using initiative and judgement to take prompt action to solve problems, analyse issues and think creatively to negotiate and implement practical solutions.
Knowledge of organisation rostering, time and attendance, leave accrual, payment systems and work practices of staff across a large and complex organisation.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to conduct successful negotiations, resolve conflict and facilitate the achievement of positive business results.
