This boutique Interior Design practice is seeking a talented ArchiCAD Designer with exceptional design ability to join their friendly, collaborative studio. Specialising in elegant, high-end interiors, this is a fantastic opportunity to work across exciting hospitality and commercial design projects. You will have outstanding technical skills, strong conceptual thinking, and an excellent portfolio showcasing your recent work. This role could suit a designer with specialist technical skills or an all-rounder who thrives across all project phases.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise ArchiCAD skills through all stages of project design and delivery

Produce detailed documentation and construction drawing packages

Assist in managing project timelines, profitability, and studio resourcing

Maintain strong client relationships and assist in developing new ones

Collaborate with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to execute projects

Mentor and guide junior staff in ArchiCAD workflows and design development

Work closely with the team to achieve refined, high-quality design outcomes

Skills and Experience:

Ideally 5+ years professional experience in high-end Hospitality design

Proficiency in ArchiCAD

Ability to collaborate successfully in a team environment

Exceptional concept design ability with solid documentation skills

Excellent client communication and project management skills

A genuine passion for beautiful, functional design
