About the Organisation: Our client is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to providing support to people with disability.
About the Role: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) is responsible for leading the strategy, operations, and success of the organisation, ensuring high-quality, person-centred services are delivered.
Responsibilities include:

• Provide strategic leadership and operational improvement to the organisation in consultation with the Board
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the organisation
• Review, analyse, and improve upon current governance and operational processes

About You:

• You are a senior leader, strategic in ability, and driven to improve governance and services
• You will ideally have 8 years sector experience in either Disability, Community or Aged care support services.
• You’ll be driven, and show genuine passion for building capability within your team with an unwavering commitment to quality outcomes and service delivery.

The Offer: The CEO position is offered on a permanent basis up to $180K plus superannuation. In addition, you will be able to access attractive PBI/NFP salary packaging.
