We’re seeking a Sales Executive who thrives on building strong client relationships and uncovering new opportunities. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing sales activities across various services including Plant Operation and Maintenance, Relief Services, Technical Services and Training Bootcamps. You’ll work independently but with a collaborative mindset, supported by a fantastic internal team dedicated to your success.

In this role, you’ll prepare and execute strategic sales plans, attend industry events to expand the company’s network, develop tailored proposals and follow up to secure new business. With a client-focused approach, you’ll nurture existing relationships and proactively identify ways to expand services provided to our valued clients. Regular travel to some of the most amazing regional and remote locations in Australia is part of the adventure!

This position is ideal for a self-motivated, strategic thinker who enjoys autonomy but values being part of a collaborative, supportive environment. In addition to proven sales experience, we would expect that you will possess the following attributes, attributes that we believe will position you to be highly successful in this very exciting role:

Quick learner and a strong communicator of complex information and processes

Generally work at a brisk pace, you are comfortable managing demands and prioritising tasks

Known to balance direct selling techniques with subtle sales negotiation skills

Prefer to work independently with minimal supervision but you absolutely value team collaboration

Maintain a positive outlook and responds thoughtfully to client needs

Skilled at balancing customer demands with achieving sales goals

Make confident, timely and objective decisions using both data and intuition

Motivated by the fast-paced, competitive world of sales and particularly enjoy hands-on practical industries
