Your Role: Empower, Advocate, and Change Lives

As a Community Occupational Therapist, you’ll work directly with NDIS clients to help them smash through barriers and achieve their goals.

Your day-to-day will include: ✔ Delivering high-quality therapy services to a diverse NDIS caseload—think functional assessments, home modifications, equipment prescription, rehab support, and capacity building.
✔ Working one-on-one with clients in their homes and communities (say goodbye to being stuck behind a desk!).
✔ Developing creative, personalised solutions that make a real difference in everyday lives.
✔ Collaborating with an incredible multidisciplinary team that has your back.

Who We're Looking For

✔ AHPRA-registered Occupational Therapist (minimum 2 years’ experience).
✔ Strong clinical expertise working with physical and/or psychosocial disabilities.
✔ Proven ability to manage an autonomous caseload with confidence and creativity.
✔ Awesome communication skills—you know how to connect with clients and teammates alike.
✔ Someone who's passionate, positive, and ready to bring great energy to the team!

(Please note: This role is not suitable for new graduates.)
