Clinical Psychologist (Spanish-Speaking) - Full-Time Position in Sydney

We are a growing psychological services practice based in Sydney, committed to providing high-quality mental health support to our diverse community. Due to increasing demand from Spanish-speaking clients, we are seeking a qualified psychologist who is fluent in Spanish to join our multidisciplinary team.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced psychologist to provide psychological assessment and therapy services to Spanish-speaking clients while also working with our broader client base. This is a full-time position (38 hours per week) based at our Sydney clinic, with flexible telehealth options available.

Key Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based psychological assessment and treatment to clients across the lifespan

Deliver therapy services in both English and Spanish

Conduct both in-person and telehealth sessions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Participate in case discussions and team meetings

Contribute to practice development initiatives

Build and maintain referral relationships with other healthcare providers

Comply with professional and ethical standards

Essential Criteria

Registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (general or clinical endorsement)

Eligible for Medicare provider number

Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)

Demonstrated experience providing psychological services

Experience in delivering effective telehealth services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Desirable Criteria

Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse communities

Training in specific therapeutic modalities (CBT, ACT, EMDR, etc.)

Experience working with interpreters

Understanding of the Latin American community in Sydney

Prior telehealth service delivery experience
