This year GREEN FIELDS HEALTH AND PERFORMANCE has moved to a brand new, larger location and we are looking to grow our team. These roles offer an exciting and versatile position in an established, growing private practice in the beauty surrounds of the Capricorn Coast. For new clinicians, or those moving to private practice for the first time this, position offers a supported entry into private practice allowing you to learn the ropes so you end up loving private practice as much as we do. It will allow you to spend your work time with a team of like-minded individuals, who are all banding together to make a difference. The Role

We are a growing practice and have current positions available. We are seeking registered psychologist; psychologist wishing to complete their clinical endorsement; endorsed psychologists; OTs; and/or mental health social workers to grow and expand out team. The practice delivers a growing range of programs and services and has a team of administration support staff to make your role as a clinician smooth and focused.

We have a burnout prevention caseload model, which includes a full-time caseload of no more than 30 client hours per week; a focus on taking regular time-off; no appointments booked outside of your allocated hours; and caseload monitoring to ensure caseload balance of presentations. Positions are offered as direct employment, however contracting arrangements will be considered where mutually agreed.
