About the role

This full-time Scaffolder role at RMA Services Australia Pty Ltd' is located in Geraldton WA 6530. As a Scaffolder, you will be responsible for the safe construction, alteration and dismantling of scaffolding at mining and industrial sites to enable maintenance, repair and construction work to be carried out.

What you'll be doing

Construct, alter and dismantle scaffold structures according to plans and specifications to support maintenance, repair and construction activities

Inspect scaffold components and structures to ensure they meet safety standards

Liaise with site supervisors and other contractors to coordinate scaffolding requirements

Maintain tools, equipment and materials required for scaffolding work

Adhere to all relevant health, safety and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Scaffolder, preferably in a mining or industrial setting

Completion of a nationally recognised Scaffolding Ticket (e.g. Basic, Intermediate or Advanced)

Strong safety focus and commitment to working at heights safely

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
