About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Machine Operator to join our team at OnSite Recruitment. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery and equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a casual position based in Wollert, Victoria, based on Afternoon Shift.

What you'll be doing

Operating and monitoring industrial machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Set up mechanical equipment in accordance with SOP's

Performing routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal machine performance

Identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with the machinery

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Collaborating with the team to maintain a clean and organised work environment

Assisting with other production tasks as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment

Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain various types of industrial machinery and equipment

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

A strong Safety Focus

Strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential hazards

Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

A Forklift Licence

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
