About you

• Hold current AHPRA registration as a pharmacist with no scope on conditions of practice.
• Experience and a demonstrated higher level clinical competence in the provision of pharmacy services to any of the relevant specialties including Cardiology, Respiratory, Critical Care or Transplant patients including relevant governance and regulatory requirements
• Demonstrated knowledge of Drug and Therapeutics Committee processes including Formulary management and experience in the implementation of formulary decisions and policies and procedures
• Demonstrated skills and experience in managing a complex workload including organisational and time management skills
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and participate on-call roster participation
