Job Title: Receiving Clerk / Forklift

Payrate: $37 - $38 per hour

Shift: Monday to Friday

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receiving Clerk based at our client site Minto, this role will be responsible for coordinating the timely and accurate dispatch and receipt of goods, ensuring our supply chain operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or receipt issues
• Managing and coordinating outgoing and incoming procedures,
• Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and promptly
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments, including verifying orders, generating documentation
• Labelling of all incoming pallets
• Support the warehouse team with general receiving, put-away, and order picking tasks as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety protocols

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 1-2 years' experience in a similar dispatch or receiving role, preferably within the logistics or warehousing industry
• Experience with SAP
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and work to deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships
• Sound understanding of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes
