About the role

We are currently seeking to hire Receiving Clerk with LF forklift licence and receiving experience to join our Yennora warehouse team. APPLY NOW!

Role: Receiving Clerk

Schedule: Monday to Friday 6am-2pm

Start Date: Roles available for immediate start

Employment type: Casual employment with a chance of permanent full-time if interest and criteria is met

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Shipments: Unload trucks, inspect incoming goods, and verify quantities and quality against purchase orders and packing slips.
• Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records, complete necessary paperwork, and log details into the warehouse management system.
• Quality Control: Check for damages or defects and ensure received goods meet quality standards.
• Inventory Management: Label, tag, organize, and store products in designated areas. Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordination: Communicate with purchasing, inventory, sales, and distribution teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Safety and Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, proper handling, and storage of alcoholic beverages. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and organized receiving area, dispose of packaging materials, and manage waste.
• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and high-reach equipment.
• Customer Service: Interact with suppliers and drivers, addressing inquiries and providing assistance during the receiving process.

Additional Requirements:

• Physically fit
• Downstacking required.
• Forklift licence
• Computer literate
• Sound verbal and communication skills.
