Production Workers / Assemblers

The Company

Our client is a leading manufacturer of modular switchboards and control systems, supporting the safety and reliability demands of critical electrical infrastructure across Australia.

Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Assist in the mechanical assembly of electrical switchboards and control panels
• Assembling of products according to design
• Perform mechanical assembly tasks as well as mount and connect electrical components
• Assembling and testing of electrical products (advantageous)
• Conduct quality checks and ensure that all products meet the highest standards
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace, with safety compliance in order

The successful candidate will require the following attributes:

• Proven experience in the electrical manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of mechanical assembly
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Demonstrate a positive, proactive and motivated attitude to work
• Physically fit with the ability to work effectively in a multi-skilled environment

Hours & rates:

Day shift hours: 6.00am – 2.30pm Monday to Thursday / 6am- 12pm Friday
Rate: $34.62-$36.38 per hour + super + annual and personal leave
