Production Workers / Assemblers - Electronics

The Company

Our client is Australia's largest provider of electronic component distribution which offers companies access to emerging technologies and drives innovation.

You will be involved in, but not limited to:

• Assembly of cases to house electronic products in line with work instructions
• Cable and through-hole soldering
• Use of light power tools and basic hand tools
• Follow working drawings and written assembly instructions
• Following SOPs

To be successful, you will have:

• A minimum of 2yrs experience as an electronic assembler, familiar with various hand and power tools
• Surface Mount Operations or soldering skill advantageous
• IPC certification advantageous
• A desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills
• A high attention to detail for quality checking
• Good colour vision
• Competent written and numerical skills

Hours and Rate:

Day shift hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30 am - 3.30 pm,
Hourly rate: $32.25 per hour, plus super
