About the Role

As the Process & Maintenance Engineer, you will:

Manage a small team maintenance professionals to oversee maintenance function

Partner with production and technical teams to enhance production processes, improving efficiency, reliability, and product quality.

Be involved with CAPEX Project in the pipeline

Implement preventative maintenance programs, troubleshoot equipment issues, and champion innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a Process, Manufacturing, or Maintenance Engineering role.

Eligibility: Permanent working rights in Australia.
