This position will be located at one of our Firle & Clearview

The shops are open between the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday - Friday and Saturday mornings from 9am to 12pm.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and communicate professionally and effectively with adults and children.

Serve customers in the uniform shop, conduct uniform fittings and process sales through our POS system.

Open and close of Business

Receive stock, replenish stock in the shop and process online orders.

Reconcile daily sales and bank cash takings.

Answer phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.

Skills and Experience:

Excellent customer service skills

Well organized and good attention to detail.

Previous retail experience is good but not essential.

computer skills such emails, word processing, Excel or even social media like Facebook.

A Police check and Working with Children check will be required before commencing but we will help obtain this with the successful applicant.
