**Junior Shop Assistant Wanted too**

At Norah Head Patisserie customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes lots of different people to run a store and this is a job for individuals with a 'can-do attitude'.

A Customer Service Assistant means that you will help to serve our customers better every day. You’ll meet great people, learn and develop new skills and be part of an expert diverse team where everyone is welcome.

As well as serving customers, you will work along side the owner and pastry chef Jacques. Helping him prepare pastry and decorate cakes.

Duties Include (Training Provided)

• Be at work on time, properly presented ready to be a brand ambassador.

• Producing and replenishing bakery products and handling them with care to maintain quality and freshness.

• Following company policies and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Handling cash and using the cash register.

• Being knowledgeable about the products, the services in our store and helping customers by giving great natural service.

• Perpare samples for customers to try and encourage customers to buy additional products such as drinks, cakes and sauces.

• An excitement for preparing fresh food and a flair for decorating cakes.

• A passion for delivering great service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with pride.

• Work well within a team and communicate effectively and openly with others.

• To take initiative looking for tasks, such as completing cleaning duties during quite periods.

1 x Shop Assistant - Mon, Wed, Thursday - Fri (8 AM - 5:30 AM)

4 x Junior Shop Assistants - Sat or Sun (7 AM - 1 PM) or (1 PM - 6 PM )
