The Role:

Western Work Force are seeking experienced SMP Supervisors for an upcoming BHP Construction Project commencing Mid-May 2025 for approximately 2-3 months.

As the SMP Supervisor, you will be required to supervise and lead a team of tradespeople including riggers for the installation of a large shed at the primary crusher. Ensure the team completes each task effectively, safely and in line with project timelines. Provide effective communication to management, documenting daily reports, and project specific information.

Requirements:

• SMP experience – Structural, mechanical and piping.
• Supervisor experience – Leading teams in a mechanical and fixed plant environment.
• Mechanical Trade Qualified.
• WA Drivers licence.
• BHP Inductions (preferred not essential).
• S26 Supervisor certificate.
• Section 44 certificate (willingness to obtain S26).
• Construction white card.
• Strong communication skills.
• Safety focused.
