Key Responsibilities
As a Lecturer, you will shape the future of aspiring psychologists by teaching into our accredited Master’s level courses and supervising students in the Psychology Wellness Centre. You will engage in innovative teaching practices, develop unit materials, and contribute to the academic and professional growth of our students. Your commitment to the scientist-practitioner model will be demonstrated through active research involvement, either individually or within collaborative project teams.
Ideal Candidate
Our ideal candidate will have a proven ability to teach and deliver clinical supervision, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a record of contributing to the profession through industry, community, and teaching involvement. An emerging record of scholarship in research and experience in curriculum development will be highly regarded.

Position Requirements
Completed Master or Doctor of Clinical Psychology.
Current AHPRA registration in relevant discipline (psychologist, registered nurse, or occupational therapist) or mental health accreditation (social worker).
Approval by the Psychology Board of Australia to provide supervision to provisional psychologists, or a willingness to obtain.
Evidence of sustained practice experience as a Clinical Psychologist.
Demonstrated ability in teaching, through clinically relevant presentations and/or higher education teaching.
Experience in supervising provisional psychologists and supporting their educational and professional development.
Demonstrated capacity to engage and network effectively with industry and community partners and stakeholders.
