About the role
We have an opportunity for a Client Support Officer to be part of our Digital Workplace Platform team, Technology and Communication Services Command. The Client Support Officer is tasked with delivering high-quality client support, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), and enhancing client support processes. Key responsibilities include managing and resolving client tickets, monitoring SLA compliance, triaging technical requests, assessing and tagging tickets, updating processes, analysing device usage reports, and participating in ad hoc client support projects as directed by management.
