The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organised Office Junior to join our friendly Administration team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career, gain valuable experience, and grow your skills in a professional, corporate environment.

Working closely with our Administration & Operations Manager, you’ll be the first friendly face visitors meet and the helpful hand our team relies on behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcome clients and visitors with a warm, professional manner
  • Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general enquiries
  • Set up meeting rooms and organise catering and refreshments
  • Keep the office looking its best – from tidy reception areas to well-stocked stationery supplies
  • Support the wider team with admin tasks like filing, photocopying, and scanning
  • Assist managers with basic secretarial tasks and database updates
  • Provide tea, coffee, and a friendly atmosphere for both staff and guests

Think of this role as the heartbeat of the office — keeping everything running smoothly and making sure everyone feels looked after.

Who You Are:
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • Around 6 months of previous experience in an office, reception, retail, or hospitality environment
  • Good basic skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • A polished, professional presentation and friendly attitude
  • Great communication skills — both face-to-face and over the phone
  • A positive, proactive approach — you’re happy to pitch in wherever needed!
  • A willingness to learn and grow — no two days are exactly the same!

Experience in an accounting or legal office is a bonus, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
