An exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and professional customer service assistant with a positive and can do attitude.

The working hours will be from 7:30am - 4:00pm Monday to Friday.

This role would suit a person who is motivated and customer orientated and would enjoy working in a small family owned business.

We are a small friendly team, based in Craigieburn looking for a Customer Service / Accounts Receivable candidate in the Food Service Industry.

Main responsibilities will include but not limited to;

Manage incoming calls in a professional and timely manner

Customer Service - dealing with customer's enquires and providing information on products, order status, prices and addressing customer complaints promptly,

Taking customer's orders over the phone/email and recording correctly,

Accounts Receivable - Accurately maintaining and managing customer's accounts; invoicing, processing payments and credits

Debt Collection

Processing daily delivery run for drivers

General admin duties

Liaising with warehouse, drivers, management and suppliers

Providing extra support to business owners when required; Accounts Payable, Marketing/Website an extra bonus

The successful candidate will have the following;

Previous customer service experience, preferably in foodservice or distribution environment

Excellent time management and organizational skills

The ability to multi task and work under pressure

Accurate/High attention to detail and fast data entry skills a must

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
