About the role
Seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the passionate team at WilsonBritten Real Estate in Morisset, NSW. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and maintaining a diverse portfolio of residential properties, ensuring both landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. This full-time role offers excellent opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative work environment.
What you'll be doing
Effectively managing a portfolio of residential rental properties, including coordinating inspections, addressing tenant inquiries and maintenance requests in a timely manner
Conducting regular property inspections, preparing detailed condition reports, and liaising with landlords to ensure properties are well-maintained
Advertising vacant properties, conducting viewings, and securing high-quality tenants in line with landlord requirements
Negotiating and preparing lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant residential tenancy laws and regulations
Responding to tenant concerns, resolving conflicts, and managing the termination of tenancies as needed
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records
Collaborating with the broader team to achieve company objectives and contribute to the overall success of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar property management role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks to work efficiently
Thorough understanding of residential tenancy legislation and the ability to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Proficient in using property management software and relevant computer applications
A customer-centric approach and a genuine passion for the real estate industry
Relevant real estate qualifications or licenses (e.g. Certificate IV in Property Services, Real Estate Licence) would be highly regarded
