About the Role
We’re seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong CRM expertise to support a major transformation program. You'll work across all phases of the project lifecycle, gathering business requirements, mapping processes, leading workshops, and helping drive the implementation and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements for CRM transformation projects.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder engagement sessions, and process mapping activities.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and workflows.
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and project managers to deliver solutions.
• Support data migration planning, UAT, training, and change management activities.
• Identify risks and assist with mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.

About You

• Established Business Analyst experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
• Strong skills in business process mapping, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle within Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage competing priorities.
• Bonus points if you have CRM certifications or have worked on projects within the education sector.
