At GoSwitch we believe every Australian deserves better health insurance. Our mission is the help customers compare and find better health insurance plans in one easy phone call, taking away the hassle of trying to make sense of a complicated industry by providing honest, unbiased, and simple advice.

The role

Your role as a sales consultant is to provide that advice. With full training provided your goal is to guide customers through a comparison process with our panel of approved providers and assist them in signing up for a plan which suits their needs.

Our service is free of charge and we’re out there saving customers money, whilst making the process as simple as possible. Because we work with several providers it’s uncommon where we can’t find customers a better option, so if you can be convincing and genuine, whilst having the drive to work hard, you’ll be very successful in this role.

We provide ample leads generated by customers enquiring on our website and live transfers from our energy team.

Cold calling isn’t part of this role.

You’ll work with staff who have a wealth of knowledge in health Insurance, energy and telco, and sales-driven environments. We’re a friendly bunch of go-getters, keen to get the job done and achieve great results.
