We are happy to bring the opportunity to join this thriving environment and team of experts as a Broker BDM. As a Broker BDM you will be responsible for expanding mortgage broker channels, increasing referrals and growing relationships across various services. Your responsibilities will further include:

• Driving business growth via the introduction, onboarding and management of broker relationships
• Training brokers on business products and associated services
• Generating referrals for property management and buyers advocacy
• Creating, developing and implementing sales strategies
• Engaging stakeholders through company events
• Managing administrative systems and record upkeep

To be successful in this role you will have prior experience within the financial industry as a broker or BDM and hold a strong understanding of the lending process. You will hold a passion for sales, customer relations and the motivation to generate successful business while supporting the success of your team and the community.
