THE ROLE
As an Intermediate Accountant, you’ll work on a diverse client portfolio of small to medium-sized businesses. You’ll assist with all arears of compliance and contribute to business advisory services under the guidance of senior staff and partners.
This role offers excellent exposure to varied and interesting work, within a positive and growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Preparation of financial statements, tax returns, BAS and IAS for individuals, companies, trusts, and partnerships
Direct liaison with clients and the ATO as required
Supporting senior accountants and managers with business advisory, tax planning, and transactions
Building and maintaining strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

YOU
To thrive in this position, you will have:
A minimum of 2 years’ experience in Australian public practice accounting
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, with progress towards CPA/CA (study support provided)
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
Experience with CCH, Xero and MYOB is highly regarded
