Fairhill Gardens Pty Ltd is looking for someone who has over 2 years of experience

and is qualified in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related

field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Promote sustainable practices across all operational areas

 Identify environmental impacts and assist in developing solutions to mitigate

impacts on soil, water, and biodiversity

 Support biodiversity and habitat restoration initiatives

 Facilitate environmental data collection and reporting

 Assist in horticultural operations with sustainable practices

 Engage in environmental education and community outreach

 Provide onsite environmental support across various site areas

 Contribute to business development initiatives aligned with sustainability goals

Qualifications and Skills:

 Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, or a

related field.

 Advanced Diploma in Program Management (desirable)

 Understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability principles

 Experience applying environmental management plans in operational settings

 Knowledge of practical tools and techniques for waste minimisation, resource

conservation, and environmental monitoring

 Proficiency in ArcGIS and Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook)

 Ability to collect, interpret, and report environmental data

 Knowledge of or willingness to study a Certificate IV in Horticulture

 Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse stakeholders

 Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

 Experience in aligning business operations with Sustainable Development

Goals (SDGs) and Net Zero strategies, ensuring profitability alongside

environmental responsibility

Schedule:

 Ability to work from Thursday to Monday

 Permanent & full-time position

 Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per annum (excluding superannuation)
