Bespoke OT is looking for dynamic, passionate Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 2 years’ experience to join our committed team, in delivering top-notch, person-centred services to our clients and participants Perth metro wide. Experience in the psychosocial/mental health field is preferred.
Bespoke OT’s specialty areas include people with complex psychosocial disability, intellectual disability, autism, ADHD, and physical disability.

The Role:
The successful OTs will:
Provide customised therapeutic blocks to participants living with disabilities. This includes skills for independent living, self-care, work readiness, community access, cognitive training, anxiety and stress management, sensory processing education, emotional regulation.
Deliver comprehensive Functional Capacity Assessments to assist in determining a participant’s disability-related care needs. Complete housing and SIL applications (support available if required).
Assess home environment and mobility needs.
Write Assistive Technology applications (support available if required).
Meet more reluctant participants where they’re at. This can mean spending initial sessions working on engagement at the local café, community centre, or park; wherever participants feel most comfortable.
Liaise promptly and regularly with relevant stakeholder teams to optimise OT input.
Work independently and autonomously to create a weekly schedule which is mutually beneficial to your participants and your lifestyle.
Maintain objective, concise, and up-to-date client records and progress notes (enjoy access to our well-structured templates on a user-friendly database).
About You:
The successful applicants will possess:
Occupational Therapy degree and full AHPRA registration.
Current rights to live and work in Australia.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with clients or participants as an OT.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in reaching out to stakeholders.
Excellent computer literacy including email, Teams, Word, One Drive, etc.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Passion for mental health, neurodiversity, and family-centred practice; with creativity and reflective practice.
Commitment to delivering high-quality, relational services. This means having soft skills of warmth, approachability, flexibility, and a genuine desire to help people.
NDIS worker screening check & WWCC.
Full valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
Flexibility and adaptability to work autonomously whilst benefiting from strong communication and support within the team.
