About the Role: Are you passionate about fitness and outdoor training? We are looking for a motivated and energetic Boxing for fitness Instructor/Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with groups, enjoys variety in training and thrives in outdoor settings. You’ll be responsible for designing and leading boxing sessions for members of all fitness levels, ensuring both challenging and enjoyable experiences for everyone.
In this role, you'll lead outdoor partnered boxing sessions, adapt exercises for different fitness levels and create an inclusive environment where all members feel welcome and motivated. You’ll also be able to offer personal training, outdoor bootcamp sessions and run our 8-week challenges for further income opportunities.
About Blitzfit Australia: Blitzfit Australia, originally known as Boot Camps Australia Chermside, has been providing high-quality group fitness and boxing sessions since 2013. In 2015, we rebranded to Blitzfit Australia, continuing to operate in both Chermside and Aspley, where we’ve established ourselves as Brisbane’s #1 Bootcamp and a community-driven fitness business. We’ve remained strong for 12 years by focusing on what matters most - our members.
Throughout our journey, we've adapted to challenges, including pivoting during COVID to keep both our instructors employed and our members engaged in their fitness journeys. We’ve also hosted several successful charity bootcamps over the years, giving back to the community that’s supported us for so long.
Our motto, “Get Fit, Stay Fit,” embodies everything we stand for. It’s not just about short-term goals or quick fixes - it’s about creating sustainable, healthy habits that last a lifetime. We believe in long-term commitment to fitness, not just physical transformation but also mental and emotional well-being.
Our secret to success lies in our community and team spirit. We don’t treat our members like numbers or financial transactions. Each member is seen, heard and treated as an individual. This personalisation is what sets us apart from typical gyms and other bootcamps. We don’t just run fitness programs, we create meaningful experiences that foster connection, motivation and personal growth.
