We are seeking a Paediatric Speech Pathologist to join our growing multidisciplinary team in Gympie, a short distance from Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. About the Role:
Deliver individual assessments, therapy, and intervention in clinic and via telehealth
Work with children with a variety of needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, speech and language delays, developmental differences, social communication challenges, and mental health and wellbeing support needs
Tailor your caseload around your clinical interests and strengths
Collaborate closely with families, educators, and other professionals to support holistic, meaningful outcomes
Create long-term and short-term therapy plans that are family-centered, strengths-based, and empowering
Participate in case discussions, team supervision, and collaborative planning
About You:
Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
Passionate about working alongside children and families through a neuro-affirming lens
Commitment to evidence-based, respectful, and inclusive therapy practices
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and the broader team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Current Professional Indemnity Insurance, Australian Driver’s Licence, and access to a reliable vehicle (for occasional mobile visits)
What You Can Expect:
Competitive salary of $110,000 to $130,000 per year depending on experience
Access to up to $10,000 per year through external grants for professional development
