Hello, My name is Tiffany and i’m the co owner of One Clear Cleaning! My partner and myself started our business 3 years ago and we are now expanding.

we are looking for dedicated and reliable cleaners to join our team. We believe in taking care of our workers as much as possible which means we provide all the cleaning equipment you'll ever need. we have a storage unit you’ll be able to access anytime to restock and get whatever you may need to complete the jobs!

To be considered for the position, you must have a valid driver's license and car. you will be driving job to job everyday and will need a car to bring all equipment with you. we are located all around the northen suburbs of melbourne.

we are looking for a full timer, casual and or part time! we are very flexible with hours ! definitely can have a chat when the time comes :)

full time would be 5 days a week Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm :)

our earliest job starts at 9am and you’ll be finished the last job by 5pm lastest! (we are very flexible with hours so we can always make it work)

(Please note, that full times are not guaranteed within the first month, due to the hand over of clients and gaining the client base to have full schedules, we will always try our best to make this transition as smoothly as possible)

pay rate will start at $25 an hour for trial period (1-2 weeks), moving up to $28.50 once starting and then pay rises will be announced moving forward after probation period of 3 months to then $30 an hour.

super will be paid accordingly to the legal rate of 12%

you’ll be fully covered by insurance and workcover at all times

travel allowance paid every week (up to $75)

you’ll be working alone, and in a team!

First interview will be a meet and greet and I will ask you some questions so we can get to know each other. Second stage to the interview is a cleaning trial, i will see what you can do and if there’s any training necessary
