Employment Type: Full-Time hours (min. 6 months)
Pay:$86.77 per hour + Super + Allowances

We’re recruiting for a highly experienced Civil Supervisor to join a major infrastructure project across regional South Australia. You'll be working with a leading contractor, overseeing subcontractors and civil works at substation sites as part of a critical utilities and energy upgrade program.
This is a compliance-heavy, people-facing role ideal for someone with site engineering or strong supervisory experience who’s confident managing safety, QA, planning, and reporting in the field.

🔧 About the Role
You’ll be the boots-on-the-ground lead, responsible for overseeing subcontractors, planning works, and ensuring compliance and safety are maintained on high-spec substation sites.

Your duties will include:

• Supervising bulk earthworks, trenching, stormwater, and detailed concrete works
• Coordinating up to 20 subcontractors across multiple regional sites
• Running daily pre-starts, toolbox talks, and WHS inspections
• Managing QA tasks, site diaries, and scheduling duties
• Reporting using digital systems
• Liaising with engineers, site managers, and other stakeholders
• Ensuring safe and compliant delivery of all civil scopes of work

✅ What We’re Looking For

• First Aid & CPR certification (mandatory)
• TAAMs (highly desirable)
• Strong background in civil site supervision or site engineering
• Experience in substation, utilities, or infrastructure projects
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety and QA
• Confidence using laptops, emails, and digital site systems
• Strong leadership and communication skills
