We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to support our maintenance team with motel upkeep, repairs and small projects. This is a hands-on role where you will assist our experienced maintenance worker and gradually build your own skills.

Key Duties:

Assisting our maintenance staff with general repair and upkeep across guest rooms and facilities

Basic carpentry tasks - such as door/ window repairs and patching walls and floors

Minor plumbing tasks and general troubleshooting

Painting touch-up and aesthetic repairs

Swimming pool cleaning and maintenance

Helping with basic electrical tasks

Learning to handle a wide range of handyman duties independently over time

The ideal candidate will have:

Some experience in carpentry, maintenance, or handyman work (preferred but not essential)

A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Good communication and teamwork skills

Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays as needed

Australian Drivers Licence (required)

Local to the Central Coast area (highly regarded)
