This represents a rare opportunity with a boutique accounting firm based in Milton. This firm has been in operation for many years and have built a very stable and loyal client base.

POSITION

Due to succession planning, the position of Senior Manager has been created. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Manage circa $600k worth of fees
• Manage 2 staff members
• Implement new software and processes
• Identifying new business opportunities in the current client base
• Take an active role in the development of the firm's brand

CANDIDATE

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:

• Registered Tax Agent License (or eligible to apply)
• CA/CPA
• 8-10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
• Previous experience reviewing work completed by staff
• Strong technical tax knowledge
• Experience with advisory
• Exceptional communication and presentation
• Stable employment history
