Cool Change Mech Services is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Sydney, NSW. As the Supervisor - Mechanical Plumber, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality plumbing services to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate a team of skilled mechanical plumbers to ensure the seamless completion of projects

Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team, ensuring all work is performed to the highest standards

Liaise with clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional customer service

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity

Mentor and develop the skills of the plumbing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

What We're Looking For

Extensive experience (minimum 5 years) as a Mechanical Plumber, with a proven track record of supervisory and leadership roles

Formal qualifications in Plumbing, including a Plumbing License and relevant certifications

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical plumbing systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and team members

Proficient in project management, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver projects within set timelines and budgets

Commitment to upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental practices
