About the Role

• Preparing food according to OHS and food safety standards
• Managing and organising the operation of the kitchen
• Ordering and maintaining required stock levels
• Preparing menu items
• Planning and preparing for events and functions
• Supervising kitchen staff and planning rosters and coverage

About You

• Living locally or having access to very reliable transportation is absolutely essential
• Enjoy working with food and guests to exceed expectations
• Flexible working hours with weekend and public holiday availability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
