About the role

We are looking for a Service Technician to provide service work on boiling & chilled water units.
As a Service Technician at Aqua Infusion, you will thrive on being customer focused with a knack for fault finding as well as demonstrating excellent attention to detail. Your reliability will be unquestionable, and you will take great pride in being organized and presenting yourself in the utmost professional way.

This role will provide individuals with independence to succeed in a range of different and challenging environments while also being part of a high performing and supportive team.

What we are looking for:

• Someone who has excellent fault finding and problem-solving abilities
• Individuals who are able to manage their time efficiently and effectively
• Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service experience to our customers
• Previous experience in the appliance industry, coffee machine or hot water industry
• Current drivers licence
• An Australian resident and eligible to go through a security clearance.

• Meet customers, have a chat, then get into the task at hand
• Install, maintain or repair a Billi & Zip under sink water system
• Figure out technical problems and come up with a plan of action
