Role Description
This is a subcontracter role for a Specialist Support Coordinator, based in Adelaide, SA, with some work-from-home options available as a hybrid role. The Specialist Support Coordinator will manage day-to-day case management. The role involves interacting with incarcerated clients to address their needs and ensure they receive appropriate services whilst in prison, during transition and in the community.
Key Requirements
Previous experience implementing NDIS plans as a specialist support coordinator
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing office, community and home-based work
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Relevant qualifications in social work and registration with AASW, community services, or a related field
Experience in the justice, health and well-being sector is a plus
