Due to our continued growth we are currently seeking experienced and compassionate:

Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

Cleaners

to journey with us and become part of the growing Christian Home Care Family.

You will assist with the daily living needs and activities of our clients which can include domestic duties, personal care, providing companionship, transport to social events, shopping or appointments. You will ensure clients’ safety, security, dignity, privacy and well-being at all times.

We currently have vacancies within the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne for committed people to join us and build meaningful relationships with our clients and their families.

What you will need to succeed:

A passion to work in the Aged Care and NDIS sectors

For PCA role - Certificate 3 in Home and Community Care, Individual Support, Aged Care or equivalent/higher or Cert 3 or 4 in Disability

For Cleaning role - no certificate is required

Current First Aid and CPR certificates

A police check (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Be innovative and creative

Respect for all people regardless of their circumstances

Reliable and punctual

Have your own reliable car

Eligibility to work in Australia for 20+ hours per week
