We're looking for Casual Personal Care Assistants (Community care Workers) to join our warm and dedicated community care team! You will be working in and around Melbourne's Eastern suburbs.

About the Role:

As a qualified Personal Care Assistant, you’ll be providing one-on-one support to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. No two days are the same — you might be assisting with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, transport or simply being a friendly face and a listening ear.

What You'll Need:

A genuine passion for supporting others

Previous experience and a relevant qualification (e.g. Certificate III in Individual Support or similar)

Current First Aid & CPR certification (or be willing to obtain)

National Police Check (or willing to obtain)

Victorian driver’s license and reliable vehicle with full comprehensive insurance

Smart phone to receive your rosters
