About the Role:

You’ll be leading a small crew to deliver premium maintenance for some of Canberra’s high-end residential properties. You’ll work with an experienced, supportive team that values quality, reliability, teamwork, fun, learning and a genuine love for the outdoors.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading and mentoring one or two team members on-site
Coordinating daily maintenance tasks
Ensuring the highest standards of horticultural care
Client communication and site reporting
Using a variety of tools safely and efficiently
Perform tasks such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting, weeding, pruning, turf care, and mulching garden beds.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 4 years garden maintenance experience
Strong plant, weed, pests & disease, and irrigation knowledge
Great communication and leadership skills
Current Australian Full driver's licence and White Card
Cert III in Horticulture or Parks & Gardens or similar (or working towards)
Technical skills to use job management software app (Service M8), training will be provided
Good time management, attention to detail, self-motivation and honesty

Full time hours worked over a 9-day Fortnight (that's right, every 2nd Friday is off)
