Position Overview:
We are seeking a Registered Psychologist who has recently completed their internship and is looking to start their professional career in a supportive and dynamic setting. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition to full-time once the psychologist establishes their client base or has their own clients follow them to the practice. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing both therapy and assessments in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments (strongly recommended, but not essential) and therapy sessions for a range of clients, under Medicare and NDIS, including those with autism and developmental disabilities.

Develop treatment plans and interventions tailored to individual client needs.

Maintain clear and concise documentation and progress reports in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Participate in ongoing professional development to support your growth as a practitioner.

Requirements:

A Registered Psychologist with current registration with AHPRA.

Strong interest and passion for working with diverse populations, including those with neurodiverse conditions.

Eager to start in a private practice setting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to manage a caseload and work flexibly.
