The requirements for each position are as follows:

Concrete labourer:

- Can-do attitude

- Taking initiative when on site

- Able to work part of a team

Concreters:

- Able to screed flat

- General plan reading

- General knowledge of steel fixing and formwork

- Finish concrete to a high standard

Foreman:

- Manage a job form start to finish to a high standard

- Achieving deadlines within budget

- Communicate with builders and management

Majority of our jobs are based in Brisbane, Golds Coast and Ipswich areas.
