Join and lead a small but growing sales team in the bus industry. We at Challenger Bus are a growing company that is seeking to become a leader in our field of producing high quality bus vehicles for the Australian market.

You will be responsible for leading our Sales Team in the promotion, selling and delivery of our bus models, and providing support to the Directors and Executive for setting agendas, policies, promotion, marketing, model and spec improvements, and ultimately achieving sales and revenue targets.

Based in our depot in SE Qld between Brisbane and Gold Coast, this role will be adventurous as it will require travel to all corners, not just across Qld, but also supporting our other sites in Perth, Melbourne & Sydney.

This will be a rewarding role and also require technical abilities as our industry transitions from diesel to electric buses, which we seek to be at the forefront.

We place a significant emphasis on customer support and after sales service. You need to have the ability to procure new customers, manage our existing client base and support our sales team to do similar.
