About the Role

As a full-stack developer specialising in Sitecore, you will work on enhancing the business.gov.au website by developing accessible, functional, and visually rich web interfaces. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and deliver consistent, user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop highly functional and accessible interfaces across browsers and devices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with design and accessibility standards
• Work with product owners, UX, and designers to ensure consistency in user experience
• Advise content and delivery teams on best practices for Sitecore CMS usage
• Implement ongoing Sitecore monitoring and upgrades for improved efficiencies
• Ensure security and compliance in alignment with the department’s architecture

Skills & Experience

• Proficiency in .NET, C#, Node.js, and ASP.NET MVC
• Minimum 2 years of experience developing on the Sitecore platform (v9+)
• Strong experience with Azure PaaS Cloud or equivalent cloud technologies
• Expertise in Sitecore xDB, xConnect, and website personalisation
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Microsoft TFS
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Australian Citizenship & the ability to obtain Baseline security clearance is a mandatory requirement for this position.
