As Assistant Property Manager, you will support a Senior Property Manager in overseeing a local portfolio of residential properties with your role initially focused on tenant liaison, routine inspections and overall quality control of the portfolio.

Requirements

• Some prior experience working within real estate administration or supporting property management
  
• Hold a QLD Real Estate Certificate (or be within the process of obtaining)
  
• Driven, confident with high energy and positivity.
  
• High attention to detail
  
• Some administration and/or reception experience is highly regarded.
  
• Team focused and willing to help others
  
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  
• Hold a genuine interest in Real Estate
  
• Skilled in Microsoft Word & Outlook
