About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Fitter to join our team on the Area C project site. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of the crushing circuit, along with the operation and upkeep of mobile equipment. Your expertise will be key to ensuring smooth, efficient operations and contributing to the ongoing success of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on the crushing circuit

Operate and maintain mobile equipment as directed by the Site Manager

Record plant operating conditions and other relevant information on daily inspection sheets

Work closely with the Site Manager, Production Supervisor, and other team members to meet project needs

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and operational procedures

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a mechanical fitting role, particularly in mining or crushing plant operations

Strong understanding of fixed plant and equipment maintenance

A commitment to safety and high operational standards

Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team

Excellent communication skills
