Roster: 2:1 (Two weeks on, one week off)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About the Opportunity
Our client, a leading provider of maintenance and asset support services to the mining and resources sector, is currently seeking experienced Heavy Duty Fitters to join their team on a FIFO basis from Perth. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified tradespeople seeking stable, long-term employment within a professional and safety-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out scheduled maintenance and breakdown repairs on a wide range of heavy mobile equipment, including Caterpillar, Komatsu, and Hitachi machinery

Diagnosing faults and performing component change-outs, rebuilds, and servicing

Completing detailed service reports and adhering to all site-specific safety protocols

Working both in workshop and field environments as required

Skills & Experience:

Australian recognised Trade Qualification – Heavy Diesel Mechanic / Mobile Plant Technician

Proven experience in mining, civil, or heavy earthmoving equipment maintenance

Valid Australian Driver’s Licence (HR preferred)

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and ongoing drug & alcohol testing

Strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement
